Hiring a designer requires trusting someone with your house, your budget, and roughly a year of your life. So here is how I work.

We start with a conversation about the space and how you actually live in it — not the version of your life you think you should have, the real one. Then I draw. You'll see renderings before anything is ordered, so you know what you're getting and can change your mind while changing it is still free.

From there I manage it: the contractors, the deliveries, the six-week backorder on the light fixture, the tile that arrives in the wrong finish. Elizabeth runs point on schedules and site coordination, which means someone is always watching the details. You should not have to project-manage your own renovation.

I've done this across homes, short-term rentals, restaurants, and medical offices in Houston, which means I've seen most of the ways a project can go sideways and I plan around them.
